A Proactive Plan for Busy Households

starting at $2,500 for four (4) sessions

The Tartan Quarterly Maintenance Package is the best way to manage your new and existing organizing systems. Let us come in every few months and do what we do best: tidy, zhuzh, and improve your space.

About the Packages

  • Your basic level package ($2,500) includes:

    • Four (4) visits in one calendar year

    • Each visit includes two (2) organizers for six (6) hours

    • One (1) car trunk full of donations, trash, and recycling

    • Additional organizers can be scheduled for $50 per hour, per organizer (see add-ons)

    • Additional products (if requested) are billed separately following each visit (see add-ons)

    On each visit, we will make improvements to frequently-used spaces such as closets, entryways, playrooms, drop zones, kitchens, home offices, and more based on your preferences and our team size.

  • Your basic package includes two (2) organizers; scheduling is based on availability and existing projects. Learn more about our team here!

    If there is a specific organizer you’d like to have on your project, please let us know!. You have the option to add on additional organizers at $50 per hour, per organizer to maximize efficiency and cover more ground per session.

Scheduling & Payment

  • Packages must be paid in advance and scheduled at the time of booking.

    At the time of booking, we will work with you to select four dates in the coming year for your maintenance days.

  • Life happens! We get it.

    If you need to reschedule your date, please email us at hello@tartanorganizing.com, and we’ll work together to reschedule based on our availability. We ask for 48 hours notice when possible.

    One month prior to each session, we will send you an optional form to let us know of any pain points or priority areas you’d like for us to address in the session.

  • You do not need to be present for the sessions, though we do love it if you’re available via text for editing questions!

Add-Ons

  • Additional organizers can be scheduled for $50 per hour, per organizer.

    If you have a large house or want a more detailed “zhuzh,” this option is for you! Every member of our team is efficient, but more is always merrier with a whole-home refresh.

    Think about it this way: for each organizer on-site, you are getting six hours of super-charged, efficient, best-in-class organizing. It adds up quickly. When is the last time you had six consecutive hours to organize your own home?

  • We will always bring a handful of our go-to products: bins, hooks, bags, and other little things that you may need.

    On the house: basic labels, basic 3M hooks, cord wraps, and other little tidying measures.

    Additional charge: bins, baskets, turntables, heavy-duty hooks, custom vinyl labels ($30 flat charge), etc.

    If we use any of these items, we’ll get your permission first and send you an invoice after the session.

  • We will be glad to pre-order any specific products you may need ahead of time. Usually about a month is plenty of notice, though some shelving units take a bit longer. Let us know! Text, email, or call.
