ORGANIZING LABOR
$1,300 - $1,600 per day
Labor costs vary based on the team size and timeline needed, which is why a consultation is key to our estimate! Most projects take at least a day with a mid-size team (around $1,600) to be thorough and efficient, although there are some exceptions. Your project estimate includes our time spent on-site as well as our time planning, researching, and communicating with you ahead of time.

We estimate a product budget for you in our initial proposal based on the parameters you’ve given us and what we think you’ll need to maintain an organized system.
We will make recommendations, but your product budget is completely up to you. We are always glad to re-use existing items that you already own!

Your goals for the space are the driving factor in how we plan, budget, schedule, and pack for your project.
We consider who uses the space and how, what pain points are currently blocking the “flow,” and what visual elements will bring you joy when you see them. We coordinate with other vendors as needed to ensure a seamless, efficient project.
Intentional Products
We are always glad to reuse what you have, and we only incorporate new organizing products when they will truly make a difference.
We are extremely knowledgeable about organization products, hacks, and options. It’s actually one of the most fun parts of our jobs.
Our service includes sourcing and purchasing product on your behalf, inspecting items for quality, and handling any returns from start to finish…which, as you may know, is a huge pain and miserable to do for oneself.
Conscientious Discarding
Thoughtfully managing discarded items is a signature part of the Tartan experience.
One of the biggest road blocks to decluttering for many people is a strategy for dealing with unwanted items. We take this completely off of your plate, reusing, donating, and recycling as many of your discarded items as possible.
We’ve invested in TerraCycle bins to dispose of some of the hardest to recycle items like electronic waste, corks, and beauty products. We contract with Blue Titan Concierge to remove large quantities, oversize/bulky items, and hazardous materials.
